1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website Lita’s Estate Services (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site or engage with our services.

2. Services Provided

Lita’s Estate Service offers various services, including but not limited to:

-Junk Removal

-Estate Cleanouts

-Yard Waste Removal

-Construction Debris Removal

-Moving Services & Deliveries

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that all services will be subject to these Terms and any additional terms provided in service agreements or quotes.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We use third-party scheduling tools, including Formidable Forms and Simply Schedule Appointments, to allow customers to book services online. Please note:

Appointments are subject to availability.

You can cancel or reschedule services up to 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If Lita’s Estate Services is unable to provide services due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at a convenient time. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events outside of our control.

4. Payment Terms

While we do not capture payments directly through the Site, any payments made are processed through third-party payment processors during the service (in-person or via partners).

You agree to pay the agreed-upon price for the services provided.

5. Leads and Partner Referrals

If Lita’s Estate Services is fully booked or you require services outside of our geographical area, we may refer you to one of our trusted partners. We are not liable for the actions, services, or performance of third-party providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lita’s Estate Services is not liable for:

-Damage to personal property that is not directly caused by gross negligence.

-Loss of valuable or sentimental items that are not disclosed to us before the service.

-Inability to complete a job due to unsafe conditions, lack of access, or severe weather.

-Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

-Chemicals

-Batteries

-Paint

-Medical Waste

-Asbestos

Please inform us in advance if there are hazardous items present that require special handling.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lita’s Estate Services or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
